Responsibilities:

You will be responsible in the core development of Dimdim Web Meeting Application. The job includes coding/maintaining the Flash/Flex components.

Requirements:

Experience/Ability in below mentioned areas is a MUST:

• 2+ years experience in Design and Develop Flash/Flex components in the context of a web application.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and web standards.
• Educate other team members on the new flash code for faster support and troubleshooting.
• Working through software development lifecycles.
• Ability to work in an extremely fast paced development environment.
• Ability to take initiative to identify bottlenecks and come up with solutions.
• Ability to deliver the project independently with little supervision.
• Willingness to learn new technology and take on new projects.
• 2+ Years of Work Experience in Real Life Projects.
• Work effectively with remote and distributed team.

A plus:

• UML, Design Pattern
• Familiarity with AIR.
