Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the core development of Dimdim Web Meeting Application. The job includes coding and maintaining the Server Side components.

Requirements:

Experience/Ability in below mentioned areas is a MUST:

• 2 - 4 years of experience building and deploying medium-large scale web based applications.
• Experience in any OO language (Java, , Python, etc)
• Knowledge of J2EE, Relational Databases, SQL and Application Servers
• Experience with a scripting language (JavaScript, PHP, Python, Ruby, etc)
• Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, XML/DOM, CSS, DHTML, AJAX
• Expertise Building web applications and websites.
• Integrating databases with web applications.
• Working through software development lifecycles
• Ability to work in an extremely fast paced development environment.
• Ability to take initiative to identify bottlenecks and come up with solutions.
• Ability to deliver the project independently with little supervision
• Willingness to learn new technology and take on new projects.

A plus:

• Familiarity with frameworks like Struts, Spring, Ruby on Rails.
• UML, Design Pattern
• Familiarity with SQL, particularly MySQL
